Ok... So Antalya & Quarteira wenrnt my best perfromances to date, and travelling many hours to races probably gave me a disadvantage... But nothing ventured nothing gained!
I atleast managed to finish event, even due to HEAVY stomach cramps on the run, possibly due to gels i took on bike leg..

Swimming work is now in the cards for me, and I have decided to stay in PTA for a month following the Momentum Teavigo duathlon event in Zevenwagt this weekend :-) Duathlon with a MTB in it, should be great fun!! Love doing the odd CRAZE race every now and then!

WIll be leaving the 18th April to Pretoria, and will be training at the HPC in Pretoria from the 19thApril-26thMay before leaving to Kenya-Mombassa for the "ITU ALL African Triathlon Championships" where i have a chance at 400 ITU points !

Till I get back to Cape town on Thursday, Keep well, think before you leap and never loose the fighting spirit :-)

Peace
