Download our recommended training schedule and commence your training eight weeks prior to the first BSG Triseries event.
This training schedule is designed for the beginner who is moderately active and would like to complete a sprint triathlon in the 2012 BSG Triseries (600m swim, 20km bike and 5km run).
The programme will enable you to complete the triathlon comfortably. As race day approaches, we will post tips specific to racing and staying relaxed during the race.
The sprint triathlon will take you anywhere from 1hr to 1hr 45 minutes to complete. It can be completed as an individual or as a team.
Triathlon is a sport that is about variety and fun. Invite your partner and friend to train with you and get to experience the feeling of being healthy and active!
