Running. This is my strongest leg! I just love running.
Weekly Training Volume:
Depends on races but average about 20 hrs of training per week.
Do you stick to a specific diet?
Not really but I do try to eat healthy in the week and reward myself on the weekends!
One tip for beginners
Always set a goal. Find a race and enter for it now then you will have something to train for!!
